The Laboratory for Language, Learning and the Brain ( in the Department of Linguistics and Modern Languages invites applications for a Research Assistant Professorship. Applicants from any disciplines whose research addresses aspects of speech and language broadly defined are welcome. Applicants should have (i) a relevant PhD degree; and (ii) experience in basic and/or clinical language research across the lifespan. Experience in using multivariate neuroimaging techniques and analytics in language research is desirable but not essential. Appointment will be made on contract basis for up to three years commencing February 2017 or as soon as possible.
