20th-Century British and Anglophone Women’s Literature Ladder Faculty

The Department of English at UCLA invites applications for a tenure-track position in 20th-Century British and Anglophone Women’s Literature, with rank ranging from advanced Assistant to Full Professor. We welcome candidates whose teaching, research, and service reflect a commitment to diversity and excellence. Candidates should demonstrate engagement with recent developments in feminist studies, race studies, and/or postcolonial studies for addressing women’s writings across racial, ethnic, religious, or national lines. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research is interdisciplinary and who have a commitment to teaching innovative curricula to both undergraduate and graduate students. A Ph.D. or equivalent is required by date of hire.
