TWO ACADEMIC ASSISTANT POSITIONS WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY AS WELL AS COACHING IN ORGANIZATIONS


At the Faculty of Humanities, Department of Learning and Philosophy, Campus Aalborg hereby announces two part-time positions as a scientific assistant for occupation on 1 February 2019. One position focuses on Management and Organizational Psychology (14.4 hours a week), the other special focus on Coaching in Organizations (4.5 hours a week). Both positions are for 12 months


JOB DESCRIPTION

For both positions, they are required to assist in completing current guidance and teaching assignments at Master's programs located at the Department of Learning and Philosophy.


Candidates are sought with knowledge and experience in organizational theory, learning theory, management theory and coaching theory.


It would be advantageous to have a teaching / guidance experience at university level and to have experience with PBL-based teaching and guidance.

The assessments of the candidates for the position are done by an expert internal assessor

Shortlisting is used. This means that after the application deadline, the head of department, with the assistance of the chairman of the assessment committee, will select the candidates to be assessed. All applicants will be informed as to whether they have gone on to review or not. The selected candidates will be informed about thecomposition of the assessment committee, and each candidate will be given the opportunity to comment on the part of the assessment that concerns him / her. Once the recruitment process has been completed, a final rejection will be sent to candidates who are not considered for the post.
