Key responsibilities include: Pedagogical Participate in teaching for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and lifelong learning programs. Supervise, consult, and review Bachelor’s and Master’s theses; occasionally supervise doctoral students. Contribute to organizational aspects of teaching and pedagogical publications. Research Conduct independent research and publish results in peer-reviewed journals, monographs, or proceedings. Present research at domestic and international conferences. Support the organizational aspects of research activity within the department. Administrative & Other Tasks Perform routine course administration and e-learning tasks. Organize and participate in internships for students and academic staff. Promote the department and field of Ukrainian studies.
