Teach a variety of specialized courses, and other courses related to the Islamic Studies specialization. Engage in high-quality research and publish in reputable journals. Support and participate in curriculum development and course management aligned with the University's and College’s standards. Contribute effectively to college and university initiatives, and participate in constructive proposals and projects. Support and participate in accreditation initiatives at local and international levels. Promote and guide students to envision their future careers in local, regional, and international contexts, ensuring they are equipped to meet these challenges. Maintain relationships with students that are conducive to learning. Initiate and participate in effective community engagement activities benefiting the university and the local community. General Conditions Applicants should have: A proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level, with at least 2 years of university teaching experience. Research publications in journals indexed in the Scopus database. Dedication to continued professional development. Commitment to renewing, developing, and proposing curricula. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Advanced proficiency in using technology in the educational process, including presentations, e-learning systems, and reporting tools.
