The Role

 

The Field Education Coordinator (Social Work Field Education) is responsible for the coordination of the field education programs in the undergraduate programs and the teaching of, development of and review of learning opportunities of the Bachelor of Social Work Field Education programs. In addition, you will assist in the development of strategic directions for the Social Work Field education group. You will also keep abreast of international research trends and outcomes which make significant contributions to the advancement of Social Work knowledge and its applications.

 

About You

 

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to prepare Social Work & Field Education courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels including the ability to produce high quality curriculum and program materials at tertiary level. You will also have a recognised track record in an area of social work relevant to the School. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills appropriate for interacting with students, staff and industry, together with a strong dedication to teamwork, harmonious workplace relations and multidisciplinary collaboration will be imperative to your success in this role.
