The successful candidate will be considered for appointment to the endowed USW/Leo Gerard Chair in Collective Bargaining and Worker Representation for a five-year renewable term following a favourable review. The Chair will play a central role in the Centre’s broad network of governmental, union, and industry stakeholders—driving solutions-oriented research and impactful engagement related to collective bargaining, worker and workplace representation, and employee voice.
