Institution: University of Miami OverviewThe Frost School of Music at the University of Miami seeks a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as Dean and chief administrative officer of the School. Reporting directly to the Provost, the Dean provides strategic vision, operational leadership, and advocacy for the School’s programs, faculty, staff, and students. With an annual operating budget of approximately $30 million, the Dean oversees 120 faculty and 50 staff, guiding efforts in creative and artistic accomplishment, scholarship, pedagogy, and community engagement.
