Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The School of Education in the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University seeks applicants for a Lecturer. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Teacher Education or teaching graduate courses in related fields including Educational Administration, Higher Education, and Research/Evaluation. All potential teaching is on an "as needed basis". The appointment fraction and duration will depend upon the need.


Required Minimum Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education or closely related field

- One year of demonstrated successful teaching experience or comparable professional experience in an educational setting


Preferred Qualifications:

- Doctorate or ABD in Education or closely related field

- Additional years teaching experience in specific area

- Teaching experience at the college/university level
