Position description

The Middle East/South Asia Studies Program (ME/SA) seeks instructors for lecturer positions in Arabic, Hindi-Urdu, Hebrew, and Persian, pending administrative approval and funding, for the academic year 2021-2022. Positions are available for the following quarters:
Fall Quarter 2021: September 20 – December 10
Winter Quarter 2022: January 3 – March 18
Spring Quarter 2021: March 24 – June 9
Demonstrated experience in teaching the relevant language is desirable. A BA or BS is required. In addition to teaching, instructors must hold two office hours per week in the ME/SA office.
