Lectureship in Work and Organisational Psychology, School of Applied Psychology

Permanent Whole-time Post

UCC wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Work and Organisational Psychology. We welcome applications from candidates with research interests in the area of work psychology, organisational behaviour or human resource management that complement the existing research activities of the School or bring expertise in relevant emerging areas. We are looking for evidence of research activity and potential through publications, collaborations, and plans for/secured research funding. The successful applicant will be expected to pro-actively contribute to our accredited Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology and to shaping our teaching and research in that subject area. Reporting to the Head of School, the Lecturer will hold/be close to completing a doctoral qualification and be eligible for, or willing to work towards attaining, full membership of the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology in the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Appointment may be made on the Lectureship Salary Scale: €34,067 - €60,167 (Scale B) / €65,758 - €84,550 (Scale A).

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
