DESCRIPTION

The UCLA Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Studies Program is seeking a part-time Lecturer to teach one upper division course in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Institutions and Organizations during the Spring 2019 academic quarter. This course is a service learning course that integrates community partnerships. The ideal candidate must have an established presence in the Los Angeles LGBTQ community to facilitate and coordinate the service learning component of this course. Applicants should have a demonstrable excellence in teaching, and must hold a M.A. in a related field or equivalent leadership experience in local LGBTQ programms and initiatives.
