Project description

The context of the PhD project is the course Pharmaceutical AnalyticalChemistry and its place and role in the wider pharmaceutical program. The PhD project will provide a description of how laboratory-related competences that students gain in the course temporally evolve during the students’ time in the ensuing pharmaceutical program.

This particular PhD project will contribute to answering the following research question:

  • In which contexts and how are acquired laboratory-related competences activated at later stages in a pharmaceutical program?

Qualitative methods for data collection and analysis will be a central part of the research methods applied in the project. Although the overall research question is given, the PhD fellow will become highly included in the decision-making in the IQ-Lab project.
