About the OpportunityWe are currently seeking a dedicated Researcher to undertake research and evaluation activities on how policy co-design and co-production can help better define policy problems; broker new ideas, expertise, partnerships and resources; and translate research into more effective policy solutions. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for projects with a focus on tackling the cycles of disadvantage and will be encouraged to participate in a range of new and ongoing multidisciplinary and cross-organisational projects. What We Can OfferThis is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 2 years at Research Academic Level A or B, dependant on level of experience. The full-time equivalent base salary for a Level A will be in the range $85,300 - $94,637, plus super of up to 17% (the total FTE package will be in the range $99,801 - $110,726). The full-time equivalent base salary for a Level B will be in the range $99,542 - $118,206, plus super of up to 17% (the total FTE package will be in the range $116,465 - $138,301).
