This is a part-time position (academic one-year appointment, August through May). Primary responsibilities will be in the Lansing area. The successful candidate will teach required classes in music education; ensure program compliance with state and national accreditation standards; collaborate with the College of Music; maintain ongoing relationships with the local music education community and the field of music education Position rank will be at the level of Instructor ( Must have master's degree or have been employed as an instructor or equivalent elsewhere) or Assistant Professor (Must have a terminal degree). Appointment will be for one year beginning fall 2022, with possibility for reappointment.
