Working field:

The future position holder will represent the area of "Educational Science - Teaching and Learning in the Migration Society" across teaching and research and will be actively participating in interdisciplinary exchanges within the department, the faculty and the university. The position holder will cover the following research areas of intercultural and migration-related professional and school development in a data-based way:
  • Identification of new requirements for the professional profile of teachers and specialists in educational work in the context of migration-related school change
  • Identification of educationally appropriate, diversity-sensitive teaching/learning arrangements and successful conditions for their sustainable implementation
  • Identification of intercultural and migration-related professional and school development through systematic networking in regional and local education areas.
Before the interim evaluation, teaching responsibilities amount to 4 hours of lectures and seminars per week, after the interim evaluation they amount to 6 hours of lectures and seminars per week. These are primarily to be provided in the educational sub-programmes of the Master's teaching degree programmes (work studies and vocational education) as well as in the BA degree programme "Culture and Technology (core subject: educational science)" and in the Master's degree programme "Educational Science - Consulting and Organizational Development".
