The Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) is one of the most renowned and largest universities in Germany.


In particular, the professorship represents the history of the late Middle Ages in its entirety. Applicants (m / w / d) are expected to explore and teach late medieval history from a European horizon in a thematically and methodologically diverse way; In addition, ability and willingness to interdisciplinary networking is required. The job holder is expected to be involved in the teaching of the courses of the Historical Seminary, their further development and academic self-government.
