the remuneration group 13 TV-L with 65% of regular working time (currently 39.83 hours per week) as a qualification (promotion) for a limited period of 3 years.


The position is based on the professorship for "International and Comparative Educational Science". The job holder carries out research-based courses amounting to 2 SWS per semester within the framework of educational BA and MA courses. In addition, this position includes the development and application of national and international research projects as well as the expectation to further qualify on this position (PhD). Doctoral candidates receive support tailored to their individual requirements and can also be supported by the Graduate School of the Institute of Educational Science.


Requirements and prerequisites
• a completed, above-average - in particular educational science - degree (diploma, master, teaching); 
• Great interest in questions of international and comparative research; 
• Experience in the use of qualitative and / or quantitative research methods; 
• very good (foreign) linguistic communication skills (oral and written); 
• very good organizational and conceptual skills.


Experience in the conception and execution of scientific research projects as well as previous knowledge in the field of International and Comparative Educational Science are desirable.
