Department: Department of Information and Library Studies – Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University Deadline: 12 February 2026 Start Date: 1 March 2026 (or by agreement) Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) Job Field: Science and Research About the Position The Department of Information and Library Studies is seeking a UX Researcher for the OPTAK project, developing an innovative educational solution combining gamification, adaptive learning, and advanced technologies (3D/VR/XR/AI). The researcher will lead user research throughout the project lifecycle, covering: Developing research plans and methodologies Testing prototypes at early and advanced stages Evaluating the final system prior to deployment Research will span web, desktop, mobile, and immersive VR environments, targeting a diverse user base: primary and secondary school students, educators, and subject-matter experts. Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:
